Are there any keys to happiness, any
happiness principle, any happiness spells, any secret to happiness, can we
know what causes happiness?
Yes! And
you can know all about it!
Social
scientists researchers and lay individuals, no doubt,
have primarily focused in the personality and
circumstantial aspects of happiness, with no attempt to
explain its essential nature.
Since the 1960's over 3,000
published studies have explored happiness in order to find the keys to
happiness. Even without those studies, we all generally know what makes
people happy and what doesn't.
Two centuries ago Jeremy
Bentham (1789) proposed a new moral principle: we should aim at the "greatest
happiness for the greatest number." This is known as "The Greatest
Happiness Principle."
There are many, many
approaches - "keys to happiness" - on how to make people happier.
And, frankly, all of them really work!
Some of them are:
Focus on happiness because what you
focus on increases.
As I said before, all of
them work to a certain level. But, Why do they work?
Why if you apply them in your life you
become happier?
Why is that by doing a "good" action
you feel better than doing "bad" action?
Why when you meditate, relax, or quiet
your mind you feel better?
Why when you think about the dead of a
friend you feel sad or worst and, when you think about a new born
baby you feel contented?
Why when you feel hopeless, you feel
weak, you don't feel like doing much, but when you are enthusiastic
you are full of energy and ready for action?
There is one reason for all
of the above, and one reason only.
The
frequency of the emotional energy you are focusing on, you are relating to
or you are generating.
As shown in our

when you think about
happiness,
your attention is focused on the upper side of the scale - the
happiness domain. Otherwise you won't be thinking on happiness,
would you? You are generating a high frequency emotional energy and you feel
good.
What
has higher emotional frequency? Focusing on the 0.01 level of "dying,"
in relation to your friend, or in the 3.5 area of cheerfulness when you
mentally visualize or directly see the smiling face of a beautiful child
with all her promising joyful life?
What
has more frequency, more life vitality and thrust? When you are hopeless
(0.08), or when you are at 4.0 in the emotional scale generating enthusiasm?
It all
has to do with the frequency level of your being, of your own energies, at
any moment in time. All the keys to happiness are really only one key to
happiness.
Frequency. That is the key, that is the spell, that is the principle, that's
the secret, that's how you generate and cause happiness in your life. All
the Keys to happiness are only one single key!
It
matters not where you are, what you are doing or what environment you are
in.
You can
always increase your frequency by choosing to focus your attention on the
right things.
You
certainly will not jump and dance out of happiness while at a funeral, for
it may be seen even as lack of respect and offensive, but since you are in a
very high emotional tone, your understanding is also high, your sincere
concern toward other people is also high.
But,
you don't have to change your internal frequency either because some
external circumstances. On the contrary,
your higher understanding and ability to express love will really help those
in distress, give them more courage, feeling supported and make them also
feel better.
It's
not that you have to become enlightened to do the right things. It's all the
way around. Turn your light on so you can clearly see what are the right
things to do!
Increase you emotional
energy frequency and your abilities to solve problem will soar.
This is the true and only "Happiness
Principle."
Increasing your frequency will change your behavior, increase your creative
power, and you'll live an exceptional life.
This sounds so amazingly
simple. It is! - Yet so devastatingly effective and, it's doable!
You are NOT at the seemingly mercy of your emotions over which it
appears you have no control.
Yes, emotion control is in your hands.
Yes, You can set your emotion in
motion.
Yes, Emotion regulation is one of your
natural abilities.
