spiral of life from full vitality of the energy of life
and high consciousness through half-vitality and
half-consciousness down to death.
This list of

chart also enables to both predict and understand human behavior in all manifestations,
making possible to predict the behavior of a potential spouse, a business
partner, employee or friend - before you commit to a relationship.
Numbers assigned to this list of emotions
chart are arbitrary to
show a relative degree or intensity of perceived
emotion
of
happiness in accordance to available
creative power or life's energy to the individual.
Happiness encompasses a
whole range of emotions from certain
energy frequency level (4.0 enthusiasm
level in our chart below) and up. -

Davidson, Ph.D., described it well when he said: happiness “is a kind of a
placeholder for a constellation of positive emotional states."
Human
Emotions Frequency Scale
Of course, there are no "holes" in the
emotional scale. There is always some kind of
emotion in between named ones.
There is an extensive array of emotions for which we have no names. Each one of
them will determine a particular behavior.
The English language
abounds in expressions for the emotional frequency
domain of
happiness. It can be expressed by such
linguistics items as ‘happy’, ‘cheerful’, ‘gay’, ‘glad’,
‘merry’, ‘pleased’, ‘delighted’, ‘elated’, ‘jubilant’,
‘bliss’, ‘ecstasy’, ‘euphoria’, ‘glee’, ‘joy’,
‘rapture’, ‘exult’, 'rejoice'; and by idiomatic
expressions as ‘walk on air’, ‘in seventh heaven’, ‘on
cloud nine’, ‘on top of the world’, ‘over the moon’,
‘thrilled to bits’, etc. all of them could be plotted on
the list of emotions chart.
Each persons has a chronic or
habitual emotional level that determines the overall, and more or less constant,
behavior in life. As we experience success or failure in our activities of life
the emotional level moves up or down accordingly, then it tends to rebalance
going back to our habitual emotional level.
It's the chronic or habitual
"mood" or emotional level we have to raise by increasing our own energy frequency. The
more we do it, the higher and higher our habitual emotional level becomes and
our sensation of happiness boosts and stabilizes into higher levels.
When
psychologist David Watson (2000) sampled nearly 4500 mood
reports from people, he found this pattern of variation from the
average levels of positive and negative emotions. The median
would be, what we call, the habitual or chronic emotional level.
Your
emotional level, your "frequency tone," is the manifested frequency level of
everything and anything that is "real" (perceivable) to you in your world
and life's experiences. "We reap what we saw."
The
Law of Attraction
The Law
of Attraction which has become very popular
lately as "The Secret," points out very clearly how "attraction" draws
toward us events and circumstances which match the essence of our "feelings"
or emotion level, which is another way of saying our "emotional frequency"
level.
Our
emotions are our life's power and vitality, the "carrier wave" upon which
our projected thoughts are sent to create or modify our reality. The more
potent our "carrier wave" is, the more quickly and effectively it will
affect and transform our reality.
The more happy we are
the more "attractive" power we
have.
Our
happiness level is a direct measurement of our creative and attractive
power.
Emotional
Energy - Visible Light Energy
Like the "visible light" frequencies scale below.
Low frequency is perceived as color red, when frequency of light energy increases,
the perceived color changes to orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo. etc. - From
low to high frequency.
It's the same with our emotions.
A
low frequency
emotion is perceived or felt as, let's say, fear (1.0
in scale). Increasing our frequency we now
feel anxiety, then resentment, hate, antagonism, etc. Until we reach the
Happiness
Energy Domain of our list of emotions commencing to feel "good," maybe at contented
level (2.8 in scale),
then better and better as we move up the list of human emotions chart.
All you
need to live in Authentic Happiness is learn to increase the frequency of
your energy, of your emotions, at any NOW moment in time.
You don't
have to wait until tomorrow to be happy. You can be happy right now by
self-generating the right emotion and feeling.
The formula for constant authentic happiness consist of just ONE STEP:
Increase your frequency!
Increasing your frequency will change your behavior, increase your creative
power, and you'll live an exceptional life.

simple. It is! - Yet so devastatingly effective and, it's doable!
